In-Space Power keeps two public faces. They are not the same face, and the company prefers it that way.

The public record as posted: complaints, counters, corrections, and the open docket, in the order they were posted. Nothing on the kiosk is polished. Everything on it counts.
The rule is old: in public, the company is what it posts. House business stays indoors. A notice that was not posted did not happen in public, no matter how true it is.
House channels
Not everything the company says is said in public. House channels carry the internal traffic: shift handoffs, settlement arguments, draft statements that never post. None of it appears on the kiosk. What follows is what has leaked.

Generation mix
This cycle, the system draws from four sources. The Beam remains dominant: relayed Mercury sunlight, distributed through the primary beamlines. Fusion holds the base load from licensed hulls and the Ceres/Callisto stations. Moontide flexes with Europa. Stored light fills the shade.

Route code ISP-2041. Billing follows the house, not the address. A meter is bonded to a structure; when the structure moves, the meter moves with it.
